Some say he is the son of Cobra Commander. Other claim he is one of Dr. Mindbender's experiments in cloning and genetic mutation. Still there are those who whisper that he is a demon. There are claims that he possesses unnatural powers, that he can peer into a person’s soul and see into the future. All that can be said with certainty is that to see him and live is to cheat death. Very few have and fewer speak of it.
