Dialtone Dialtone worked communications for G.I.Joe for over two decades before the world collapsed. He was running communications when New Salem fell. He was rushed onto a helicopter with the Vice President and President. He saw blue then darkness. He came to strapped down to a gurney not knowing where he was. Several nurses came in and checked on him each assuring him all his questions would be answered in due time. After several days his restraints were removed.
