Dick Dastardly and Muttley. Dastardly is the living embodiment of the definition of dastardly. Characterized by underhandedness and treachery. As well as cowardly. He has been participating in the Wacky Races from the beginning. His entry, the Mean Machine, is the fastest, best armored, and the most armed vehicle in the race. He should be the reigning champion, however his own schemes to sabotage other racers usually cost him the win. He takes perverse joy in watching people die, especially when they fall prey to the gaping mass of the undead.
